Patrick Song
Harvard College Class of 2023, Computer Science and Statistics
Patrick is a student in the class of 2023 at Harvard University, pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Statistics. Born in Boston, he spent time living in Georgia and California before returning to Massachusetts to study at Harvard. Throughout the past several years, he has been heavily involved in computer science research, receiving national recognition for his work on AI-aided Alzheimer’s Disease diagnosis. He is currently involved in research groups at Harvard University and Tufts University, investigating the use of machine learning to differentiate cancer cells of various malignancies and applying reinforcement learning algorithms in order to better understand the mechanics of soft filament applications. Patrick hopes to apply machine learning and artificial intelligence skills to impact-related work in global health.
